IMPORTANT SESSION INFO

regarding our Fall/Winter Holiday Movie Session.**
SESSION DISCLAIMER
All dancers registered and participating in our Holiday Movie Session must be comfortable being filmed and being on camera, as this session centers around the creation of our 6th annual holiday film. If you do not wish for your child to be featured in our holiday movie, please contact the studio directly.
MANDATORY DATES
Dancers participating in our Fall/Winter Holiday Movie Session must be available on the following dates listed below. This session is based solely on our holiday movie and all choreography taught throughout the session will be performed on set of our movie.

Dress Rehearsal + Set Run Through: Regular Class Time -- Monday, October 27th - Saturday, November 1st, 2025.

Filming Dates: Su
Each class will have a designated time slot (half an hour to one hour in duration) for their shoot day. Parents and/or guardians will be contacted in October with the official date and time for their child's shoot day time slot. Dancers will not be required to stay all day, but will have to be available for their shoot time slot. Please keep the "Filming Dates" listed above open and available.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Costuming fees, prop/movie set fees, and filming/editing fees are all included in this year's session pricing, with no additional charges required. Whether you choose the Monthly Payment Plan or the One-Time Enrollment Fee, all costs will be covered. However, please note the following potential additional fees:

Credit Card & Debit Processing Fees: A 4% fee will be added to all debit and credit card transactions.

NSF Fee: A $20.00 fee will be charged for any declined payments.
