The IndustryEXHIBITION is your dancer's chance to shine in a full-scale concert-style production, a spectacle that combines the finesse of fashion, the vibrancy of street art, and the pulsating rhythm of dance. Throughout a transformative 5-month 'Exhibition Session' commencing on Monday, January 8th, 2024, and concluding on Friday, May 31st, 2024 your dancer will embark on a journey of growth and artistry. They'll acquire new skills, honing their talents, and culminating in a meticulously choreographed dance routine. This unique experience doesn't just entertain friends and family; it fosters confidence, pride, and an unforgettable sense of accomplishment.

THE EXHIBITION SESSION
The Exhibition Session is the latest offering from Industry Dance Co., where dancers have the unique opportunity to showcase their newly acquired skills while experiencing the thrill of performing in a professional setting and entertaining friends and family. We're talking about real-deal authenticity and stage presence that's off the charts.
From January to May, it all happens in the studio. Our dancers are grouped by age and skill level, participating in approximately 15-20 sessions. During these sessions, dancers pour their blood, sweat, and passion into mastering skills, improving technique, and perfecting choreography.
After months of hustling and preparing for the 'big show,' our dancers lay it all on the line as they showcase their new skills for all to see, lighting up the stage like true pros.
THE
SESSION RUNDOWN
JANUARY/FEBRUARY
Part one of the "Exhibition Session" is development based, where we work with dancers on developing skills, improving technique, introducing different styles of their chosen genre and most importantly watch them flourish.
MARCH/APRIL
Part two of the "Exhibition Session" is choreography based, where dancers will have the opportunity to showcase their newly acquired skills in a choreographed dance routine.
MAY
During this time, we will be focusing on the final details of routines, cleaning up choreography and preparing for the big day. Costumes will be going out during this time providing dancers with time in the event of necessary alterations.

In order for dancer's to participate in our "Exhibition Session," dancers MUST be available for our Exhibition on Saturday, June 1st, 2024. Dancers should be available all day on this date as they will have their dress rehearsal on the same day as the show. Information regarding Exhibition details such as the recital and dress rehearsal schedule/timelines, hair + makeup, costuming, ticket sales, etc. will be sent via email at a later date.

Review our Recital Participation Policy. This waiver must be completed, signed and agreed to prior to processing your child's registration.

Scroll down to the list of classes below and select the “SIGN UP” button associated with your class of choice. After clicking the “SIGN UP” button, you will be redirected to our booking software Mindbody, where you will be asked to either create an account or sign into your account. If you are new to our studio, please select "Create Account." This account should be made using your child's names and accurate birth date, as the only parent/guardian information needed is the parent/guardian's email and phone number. If you are a returning client, simply skip this step and sign in using your email and password.
PAYMENT DETAILS
At the time of registration, you will be required to pay the following:

One Time Registration Fee of $10.00.

One Time Recital Commitment Fee Per Class of $100.00 (Costumes + Dress Rehearsal Fees Included)
Please note, these fees are to secure your dancer’s space in their class of choice, and are non-refundable.
Monthly Tuition will be charged to the credit card on file (Visa or Mastercard) on the 1st of each month. Your next payment will come out on February 1st, 2024 and then again on the first of the month March, April and May, 2024. We do accept post dated cheques, so should you prefer this payment method, please contact the office.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Families have the option of paying for the session up-front in full, or by monthly payment plan via Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or post dated cheques.

MONTHLY PAYMENT
Tuition may be paid monthly by posted-dated cheques or pre-authorized credit card payments ONLY. Cash and debit cards will not be accepted for monthly tuition fees. The monthly breakdown is as follows:

February: February Tuition
March: March Tuition

May: May Tuition
Post-Dated Monthly Cheques: Cheques are to be written for the 1st of each month and are due at the time of
registration. No refunds will be given for any withdrawals after Thursday, February 29th, 2024. Account credit will only be available if a documented medical note has been provided. A $20.00 fee will be charged for all NSF
cheques. If you have more than two NSF cheques, remaining class fees must be paid in full by credit card, money order or certified cheque. NSF fees must be cleared immediately otherwise the dancer may not continue in their class(es).
Pre-Authorized Credit Card Payments: No refunds will be given for any withdrawals after Thursday, February 29th, 2024. Account credit will only be available if a documented medical note has been provided. A $20.00 fee will be charged for all declined credit card charges. If you have more than two declined credit card charges, remaining class fees must be paid in full by credit card, money order or certified cheque. Declined payments must be cleared immediately otherwise the dancer may not continue in their class(es).

FULL PAYMENT:
Tuition can be paid in full at the time of registration by credit card, debit, cash or cheque which includes registration, registration fees and recital commitment fees.
FAMILY + MULTI CLASS DISCOUNTS

Multi-Class Discount - Dancers registered for more than one class will receive 10% off of their second class.

Sibling Discount - Second dancer receives 10% off of class registration.
